Greg Hoch, Durango City Planner for 35 years from 1981-2016, presents the “Downtown Durango Design Perspective.” This presentation of before-and-after photos reveals the story of how the overall Durango community embraced the use of Design Guidelines to restore and keep its historic Main Avenue character viable without imitating its legacy buildings. Presented by the Durango Herald as part of the History Live program.
